For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

Organizational and Change Coordinator - IT Process Rollout

About the project:
The Corporate Identity Management (CIDM) project is responsible for implementing the new in-house Identity & Access Management platform (I&AM) and related process adaptations across the entire enterprise. This global role will take a key part in identifying and adequately supporting all impacted stakeholders through tailored communication, timely involvement and provision of sufficient training, and thus ensuring a successful roll-out for the platform and any process changes.
The project is now in Phase 1 - it is a very large and complex IT implementation which will have an impact on approximately 110.000 endusers.

About the role:

The role will be reporting to the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Program Lead within the I&AM area. The job holder will support the OCM Lead and play a key role in ensuring the CIDM for Identity Lifecycle Management project meet its objectives on time and to budget by increasing the adoption and usage of the new platform by internal stakeholders. The focus will be on stakeholder management and creating and delivering and monitoring the effectiveness of change communications related to the new and changed processes for digital identity and identity entitlements handling.

The job holder will be expected to use various communication channels and will also identify and support the creation of training materials. The OCM Coordinator will also provide direct support and coaching to various stakeholders as they move through the transition to the new platform. The change coordinator will also support project teams with integrating the change management activities into their project plans.

MAIN TASKS:

- Work with Program OCM Lead to design, adjust and implement OCM and Communication Plans
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Support communication efforts: design and implement communications
- Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordination with owners of these global channels
- Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
- Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure the success of the project
- Assess the change impact - create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
- Support training efforts

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 year experience in end-to-end Change Management projects
- Strong coordination skills Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company (global environment)
- Experience in change projects, and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently
- Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with the Google Suite.
- Experience of working in IT project implementation projects

NICE TO HAVE:

- University degree in Communication Management preferred

STARTING DATE: 01.03.2016
DURATION: 10 MONTHS WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION
