Our client is currently seeking 2 ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES OFFICERS to provide a range of customer and administrative support for the departments training facilities, also to support the delivery of quality training services to business groups within the organisation and ensure customer satisfaction. We are interested in someone with strong planning and co-ordination skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and able to work in a high volume, high pressured and changing environment, flexible and adaptable.

In addition the skills and experience needed:

- Experience in a customer service environment including responding to customer inquiries and requests for assistance, delivering a range of administrative support services, updating and managing records and applying relevant policies and procedures.
- Good oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated computer skills and experience in the use of word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong internal and external customer liaison skills.
- Experience in supporting learning activities associated systems transformation projects is desirable.
