Organisational Development Manager

Our client is seeking an Organisational Development Manager to manage the delivery of OD projects across the organisation as well as managing and developing a team of L&D Advisors. You will be designing, developing and delivering key initiatives to develop both managerial and operational effectiveness.

Your experience needs to include:

- Working with a performance management system
- Promotion of work based learning and evaluating the business benefits of L&D
- Significant experience in Organisational Development
- Proven ability to implement transformational change in a large multi disciplinary environment
- Strategic vision with the ability to engage with senior management
- Strong coaching skills

They require someone who is/has:

v CIPD qualified

v A Certified Coach

v Psychometric tests practitioner

v Proven track record as an L&D specialist

v Strong people management and interpersonal skills

v Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of learning theories
