Corportate Change Management Project Manager - Organisational Development, Change, Process Quality experience required for a 9-12 month project in Bern.
My client, a multinational corporation in Bern is looking for a Change Champion to get hands on in a corporate organisational development consultant. The reason for the hire is a currently fragmented organisational structure across Business Units resulting in a lack of Synergy.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has proven experience in Corporate Organisational Development projects, both from the project management perspective and more importantly from a hands-on perspective.
The business language is English in this multinational corporation, Knowledge of German will be beneficial to your application.
