Our client, a multinational corporation in Bern is looking for Organisational Development BA to get hands on in a corporate organisational development.
The responisbilities for this Business Analyst position will be to assist and analyse how the companies existing process can work in synergy with existing Europe-wide procedure.
The ideal candidate for this BA position will be someone who has proven experience in Organisational Development projects, both from the project management perspective and more importantly from a hands-on perspective. Experience in a multinational organisation is highly desirable.
The business language is English in this multinational corporation, Knowledge of German will be beneficial to your application.
