SmartSourcing are looking for an Organisational Design Specialist/OD Specialist and Business Process Re-engineering Specialist to work in South London. ASAP - 6 months initially depending on the business needs. Security clearance may be required.

*ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN SPECIALIST*

Working on various analysis activities, providing the organisational design expertise and sound judgement that will help drive and shape the future structure, enabling the client to meet its strategic objectives. Strong BPR and Analysis skills required. Responsible for collaborating with various parts of the business to explore options and define the future-state organisation, identifying the steps necessary to get there. Add value to the clients business by not only making sure the structure is both documented and changed, but also ensure that the change you help implement, brings sustained benefits. To present clear targeted communications to all key stakeholders, to support business readiness and promote engagement in the proposed structural changes. Work with Senior Managers and HR Business Partners to design and maintain organisation structures that support the delivery of strategic objectives, priorities and targets.

Core Knowledge and Experience Required

Able to understand and analyse the strategic objectives and vision and to translate this into organisation people capabilities required in the future. Have a deep understanding of the benefits of different organisation design structures and concepts. Experience in designing organisation structures that define and deliver the overall service proposition of the organisation, including departmental propositions, Clear accountabilities and responsibilities of the functions they provide and the processes they operate and cascading organisational performance metrics from corporate to role level. Experience in implementing job design, creation and evaluation methods and tools. Able to work with senior management to plan and deliver major changes to the organisation structure through to the implementation of individual roles. Provides alignment and support to the development of the overall organisations skills. Matrix and mapping to organisations and roles. Designs, maintains and implements spans and layers rules through the organisation structures and designs. Evaluates Business Change proposals for the impact on the organisational structures, service propositions, accountabilities and roles. Able to undertake and analyse the results of Organisational Change Readiness assessments. Experience in developing and delivering HR Dashboards that demonstrate the impact of organisational development and design on the organisations performance.
