Rate: £400-450 per day
The Organisational Design Specialist will be responsible for the design and delivery of the Organisational element of the Target Operating Model, detailed organisation design, related Job Profiles and People Transition Plan for the elements of the business.
You will be working with sponsors, stakeholders, project governance structures and solution providers as appropriate.
Role description
The roles and responsibilities will be:
. Document the 'As is' Organisation and assess the impact has on it including:
. Team Structures
. Job/Role Design
. Roles and Responsibilities
. Skills and Behaviours
. Ways of Working
. HR Terms & Conditions
. Design and deliver a Target Operating Model and the supporting Organisational Design in line with the Business Processes.
. Produce and execute the HR Road Map and People Transition Plan in line with the 'To be' design
What we're looking for
Previous experience of HR Organisation Transformation and Implementation including:
. Detailed understanding and application of knowledge in relation to
. Target Operating Model Organisational Design
. Risk & Control measure impacts within SAP and other utilities applications have on the HR Organisational Design
. Work with relevant HR and Business stakeholders to elicite requirements to create a optimised Organisation in order to achieve an efficient, motivated and high performing business
