Organisational Design Consultant Investment Banking London

For this large Tier 1 Investment Bank we are looking for an Operations Change Lead to manage elements within the programme execution associated with ownership of the Organisation Design workstream sitting under the target operating model (TOM) element of the programme. This includes but is not limited to, support of strategic Operating Model definition including Operating Models, Role Profiles, Skill Sets and Spans and Control analysis as well as key activities around status reporting and RAID management.

MAIN DUTIES

FORECASTING:

Forecast and Prepare current and accurate forecast of costs, cashflow, timescales and resource requirements and agree with the Project Board

RISK MANAGEMENT:

Identify and manage all programme/project issues and risks including their appropriate escalation and contingency management.

PLANNING:

Identify all products and tasks associated with their completion. Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate project and resource plans, with current estimates for activity completion.

MONITORING manage towards their expectations and frequently communicate across the project team.
- Put measures in place to monitor against stakeholder expectations and formally review these with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met
