NextLink is having an existing position within Organisational Changer Management area.
The project is purpose is to plan and prepare a transition from a local to a regional User Service Desk at the Shared Service Centre in Budapest.
As OCM Consultant, you will have a profound experience with PROSCI in two or more organizational change management projects.
You will be responsible for stakeholder analysis and associated Change Management and Communications Plans.
The OCM Consultant should keep all stakeholders informed and engaged, resulting in positive influence to the organisational change management.
Task and responsibilities (all in accordance with the Prosci - ADKAR methodology):
Stakeholder Management
Development of Targeted Stakeholder Communication Plans
Development of Targeted Stakeholder Change Management Plans
Requirements:
PROSCI Change Management Certification
Project Management Certification, ITIL certification
3-5 years' experience in full life cycle of two or more Organizational Change Management projects in a complex Matrix environment
Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, influencing and negotiating skills and flexibility required.
Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organisation change.
Development and implementation of Communication Plans and Change Management Plans and Experience with PROSCI
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required as a critical success factor for this role as is the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
Fluent in English
Start date: 08.08.2016 (latest start date: 31.08.2016) End date: 31.12.2016
Extension: might be possible
Work location: Basel
Working hours: Flexibility in hours required to work with regional project teams based throughout the globe
Remote: is possible, 1 day per week (prior to agreement)
Travelling: travelling is minimal (5-10%), but possible.
