ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER (OCM) WITH SAP MDM #
LOCATION: ZURICH, SWITZERLAND
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 3-6 months initially
ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager (OCM) with SAP MDM to work on a project in Zurich, Switzerland. Accountable for the general MDM change management approach, communication strategy and all operational change management activities in the area of SAP MDM.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Definition of change management concepts, tools and identification of stakeholders
- Planning, initiation and tracking of change management activities
- Preparation of communication material and regular communication into the MDM community
- Development, preparation and implementation of MDM-related trainings
- Set up and enforcement of knowledge sharing platforms as well as other activities to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Provides input for the development of MDM mid-term roadmap as well as the definition of MDM organizational model, roles and communities
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant working experience in OCM
- Knowledge about state of the art change management methods
- Experience with large-scale business transformation and organizational changes
- Experience in conducting trainings
- Basic understanding of SAP MDM
- Excellent communication skills
LANGUAGE
English

CONTRACT
The contract duration is for 3-6 months initially with likelihood of extension.
