ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER - EDINBURGH - 12 MONTHS

Our EDINBURGH based client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER for a 12 MONTH CONTRACT.

The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders and Senior Management Teams to deliver successful cultural change.

This post will advise the Senior Management Team and will play a lead role in:

- Communications and consultation processes;
- Engaging staff in planning for change;
- Looking at opportunities to change and improve;
- Exploring cultural barriers and entrenched attitudes to identify ways forward for positive outcomes;
- Reviewing the lessons learned from our current open plan, and not-so-open-plan occupancies.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

- A proven track record of success in implementing cultural change with large complex organisations, ideally in the public or charity sector;
- Proven ability to manage internal and external client relationships;
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
- Familiar with cultural change management and project management methodologies;
- Appropriate technical/professional qualification;
- Strong understanding of professional, ethical and legal standards.
