- 7 MONTH CONTRACT
SERVICES/WORK REQUIRED:
- Definition and establishment of a Change and Communications Strategy and implementation plan;
- Analyse and manage organisational change impacts on staff and other stakeholders resulting from the project changes;
- Maintain effective communication with a range of business areas to understand and communicate the user experience of change;
- Prepare high and detailed level business impact assessments;
- Determine business readiness;
- Assist in developing and delivering appropriate communication, training and post-implementation solutions.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- At least 2 years hands on experience working in an organisational change management role, ideally managing workforce changes.
- Highly developed communication, liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Manage high workloads and accomplish goals within tight deadlines.
- Ability to translate strategy into action plans, and implement those plans.
- Ability to recognise and act on opportunities.
- Currently holds an active Government Security Clearance minimum Baseline Level (Protected)
