Organisational Change Manager

As an instrumental part of a large enterprise system implementation, you will play a foundation role in ensuring change is adopted and embraced by your colleagues

your responsibility will be to identify, develop and implement strategies and plans to facilitate behavioural changes within all stakeholder groups.

TYPICALLY, YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

- Understanding the impact of system changes and adopt a whole of business approach to the implications.
- Leading the change management functions to anticipate and address the impact and repercussions of technology changes to the organisation including (but not limited to) communication, training, forums and reference groups, business processes, work instructions and other documentation.
- Working closely with the other program team members to understand the system changes that are planned and what impacts they will have on all stakeholder groups.
- Leading, assisting, and advising implementation staff to develop and implement appropriate change and communications materials for the Program
- As a member of the program leadership team, contribute to the leadership, management and delivery of the program.

YOUR SKILLS

- Strong skills within the mining and heavy industries sector
- Demonstrated achievement in the strategy, planning and implementation of transformational organisational change, and the realisation of business benefits, in a business focussed ICT Program
- Demonstrated experience developing and applying tools and mechanisms to facilitate whole of business change.
- Demonstrated high level of skill and ability to analyse complex organisational issues and deliver appropriate cultural and behavioural change solutions to achieve improved core business performance.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain positive, strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders while ensuring realistic expectations are managed.
