Organisational Change Manager

A challenging and multi-disciplinary position has come available with a large government organisation. The successful candidate will work in a high volume environment and you will works with clients to determine project organisational change impact, carry out Stakeholder Identification & Analysis, design & implement communication plans, produce documentation and deliver training.

IN ADDITION THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

- Formal training and experience in using a recognised OCM methodology to identify and apply effective organisational change management strategies.
- Demonstrated skills in project management, research, analysis and problem solving in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated advanced level skills in MS Applications including Word, Excel & Visio.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and an ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business documents including user guides, reports, user requirement documentation, surveys and training materials.
