Our client is seeking multiple ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGERS to manage all aspects of change across an enterprise wide ERP implementation. You will be responsible for the functional areas to be implemented which include Finance, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Projects, HR and Payroll.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Developing and delivering communications activities including presentations, emails, news updates on intranets, and fact sheets for end-users
- Engaging with key stakeholders
- Developing and supporting the Change Network including Business Change Leads to advocate and support the transition
- Managing and monitoring the business readiness activities
- Overseeing effectiveness of the training delivery
- Monitoring go-live activities and ensuring an effective post-production support structure is in place

Your background:

- 5+ years experience managing end to end change for a large cross functional ERP implementation project
- Previous experience with SAP implementation projects
- Excellent negotiation and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
