The Change Manager is required to develop Organisational Change Management strategies and lead the organisational wide change related initiatives to ensure customer-focused delivery of systems and products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formal training and/or strong experience in using a recognised organisational change management methodology to identify and apply effective organisational change management strategies
- Proven experience as a Change Manager in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans in relation to change impact in major organisations
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
