Organisational Change Management Consultant

Harvey Nash is looking for an Organisational Change Management Consultant for a 4 + month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate who will be responsible for stakeholder analysis and associated Change Management and Communications Plans.

You are responsible for

. Stakeholder Management
. Development of Targeted Stakeholder Communication Plans
. Development of Targeted Stakeholder Change Management Plan

Requirements

. PROSCI Change Management Certification
. Project Management Certification, ITIL certification
. 3-5 years' experience in full life cycle of two or more Organizational Change Management projects in a complex Matrix environment
. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, influencing and negotiating skills and flexibility required
. Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organization change
. Development and implementation of Communication Plans and Change Management Plans and Experience with PROSCI
. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required as a critical success factor for this role as is the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
. Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment
. Knowledge of PMO, Project Management, Process Management, IT Application Management, IT Service Management, Organizational Change Management, Facilities and Infrastructure, Human Resources and Training would be of assistance
. Flexible to travel internationally
. Must have proven experience in working with and co-ordinating regionalised project teams and virtual teams spread across most global time-zones
. Fluent in English; other languages is a plus (Italian, French, Spanish, Mandarin)
