In this role you will be working closely with the Programme Change Manager and other project and business change managers to ensure an integrated approach to change management across the programme.
The key accountabilities in this role include;
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans that are integrated with all other programme change management plans
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
- Proactively identify and analyse change management issues and risks across and within multiple projects and develop appropriate responses aligned to the programme's Risk Management and Issue Resolution approaches
- Engage, support and coach leaders and managers to assist them manage and implement multiple changes to their businesses
- Build effective relationships with staff, managers and executives to ensure the success of the programme
To be considered for this role you must have;
- At least 3 years experience in Organisational Change Management coupled with tertiary level qualifications in Change Management or an associated discipline
- Demonstrated experience working within a Project Management environment, in particular large, complex or multi stream projects across organisations
- Has successfully delivered Change Management projects requiring a high level of integration and interdependency management
- Experience in undertaking complex stakeholder engagement
