ORGANISATION/OPERATION MANAGER
BRINE SA setzt seit über 30 Jahren Top IT-Spezialisten bei namhaften Kunden ein. Dabei setzen wir auf Leistungsfähigkeit, Kompetenz, Erfahrung und partnerschaftliche Beziehungen.
Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, ein Unternehmen mit Sitz in der Region Bern für unseren Kunden ein OPERATION MANAGER.
TÄTIGKEIT:
Beraten und Unterstützen des Unternehmens hinsichtlich Strategie, Organisation,
Ressourceneinsatz, Projektmanagement und Betriebswirtschaft.
Entwickeln komplexer Projektvorgehensmethoden und Umsetzen der Lösungen
Verkürzung der Prozessdurchlaufzeiten im Bereich IT Betriebsofferten mit Hilfe von Lean Management Methodiken.
Durchführen von Interviews und Workshops
KOMPETENZ:
Erfahrung mit Value Stream Mapping und Design
Erfahrung in Lean Management (Kaizen, 7M, Kalkuk) im Dienstleistungsbereich
KANBAN Erfahrung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Organisation Management
Zertifizierung (als Wunschkriterium)
