Organisation and Leadership Workstream Lead

Are you an experienced Organisational and Workstream Leader seeking a new challenge? This is an ideal opportunity to work on a contract within the nuclear industry. This is an exciting prospect, to project manage key deliverables associated with the Organisation & Leadership Excellence Plan.

. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting in the delivery and review of the Nuclear Leadership Academy.
. Overseeing design and implementation of key programmes and new course offerings.
. Project oversight of design and delivery of Top 120 events and associated Leadership Culture interventions.
. Project delivery of talent management processes/interventions

The successful candidate will be experienced in programme managing design and implementation of leadership programmes. You will have a proven track record in talent management interventions ranging from talent identification, assessment and development, talent programmes, performance management.

If you have delivered Leadership Interventions, Talent Management processes and have an understanding of nuclear context, I would be very keen to hear from you.
