Projektbeschreibung

Our client operates in the world of B2B services, and requires a lead OD manager, for an initial duration of 6 months (with the likelihood of extensions) to work as part of a wider OD team, within an HR CoE.

This is a right hand woman/man role - reporting to the Head of OD, but very much being the eyes and ears to the Head of OD.

It requires a strong understanding of the Business Transformation space - with a heavy angle on OD and TOM work - which must be end to end in nature.

The role also requires a strong understand of the wider talent management space - as this is an area of focus for the business, and one in which the individual who occupies this role will need to support.

The role needs to take full end to end' accountability for OD projects, initiatives and activities across the business - managing a portfolio of change and driving projects through to completion.

As such the role requires a completer - finisher, as much as someone who can manage the more strategic elements of OD and blue-sky business/strategic thinking.

The individual within the role also needs to be able to manage the portfolio of change effectively ie prioritise and balance initiatives within the business, and guide the business on this from an OD and talent perspective.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (MUST HAVE):

Likely background in either consulting or HR, and if within HR then ideally at senior HRBP or exposure via a strong OD orientated CoE role.

Ideally 10+ years' experience and exposure to OD-type projects (not necessarily continuous).

Experience in full end to OD projects or initiatives, specifically:

i) use/knowledge of full OD methodologies eg star model and can describe and bring experiences around all stages of OD - from top level design, through to the development of design principles, organisational options and detailed design/build out.

ii) Can lead teams and has demonstrable experience around transition and OD execution - bringing about the changes required as a result of the (re)design.

iii) Knows and understands the wider talent management space - including retention activity, transition planning and execution, redundancy, outplacement and M&A.

iv) Experience in change management and the wider business transformation space - and the deployment of change interventions, to drive change within a business. Has experience, ideally 10+ years in this space.

v) Strong, basic Project Management experience a skills also a must have - plan management, plan control, risk and issue management. Also will have experience in budget management and business case development where required.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (NICE TO HAVE):

Possibly has a retail and/or customer focused background - perhaps gained via a large-scale retailer, or in the world of FMCG, Traveldue to the volume of applications.
