Our client is a leading global Pharmaceutical institute with a branch in Fribourg, Switzerland. They have a fantastic opportunity for an Order to Pay Accountant in a contract role. This job will be ideal if you have extensive account management experience with large workflow projects.
Location: Fribourg, Switzerland
Start date: As soon as possible - duration 8 months
Pay Rate: CHF 35 - 40.00/hour
Workload: 100%
JOB PURPOSE:
Act as resolver for difficult invoices and support account reconciliations, as well as resolution of aged items. You will be a Key Account Manager for specific suppliers. In charge of building and maintaining close relationship, performing regular account reconciliations to ensure clean books and to avoid issue escalation.
TAKS:
- Work on strategic projects
- Key point of contact for auditors and project team
- General support of follow-up and resolution activities regarding invoice processing
- Close collaboration and active involvement within the O2P processing stream and R2R accountants
- Month-end closing preparation activities
- SOX Compliance fulfilment
- Deliver input to relevant SOPs and work instructions
- Participate to internal and external projects and initiatives
- Train other team members and onboard new joiners
- Acting as super users for SAP, Showcase, BW, JDE, Excel and on-boarding specialist
SKILLS:
- University degree or equivalent education in Accounting/Finance
- English and at least 1 other European languages - German, French, Italian, Spanish/Portuguese.
- 3-5 years in Finance & Accounting with proven track record.
- ERP systems (SAP, JDE) and Microsoft Office package (excellent knowledge)
- Experience in big O2P projects is a serious asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Coaching and training capabilities
