Currently our Client is looking for Order Services Representative in Ontario Canada
Its 6 month Extendable Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support KAM Account Managers, Project Managers, PSP and finance as it relates to function of responsibility
- Limited participation in Project Setup meeting
- Create, confirm, follow-up, maintain sales orders and projects within SAP
- Monitor and close outstanding order/project issues
- Handle and execute order change request
- Assist in Monitoring and closing outstanding invoicing issues
- Review Key Performance Indicators, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Participate in internal improvement work
- Perform relevant SOX key control (KC) according description of each KC React support requests ICRRB Demand Loads Review inquiry and work with PSM for accuracy as needed Deliverables
- Monitor functional reports daily for assigned orders
- Completion of assigned activities
- Drive resolution of issues within functional area of responsibility
- Share best practices within functional area of responsibility
- Drive change within functional area of responsibility
- Monitor AOS mailbox/CPOA/Customer release box/ICRRB
