Order Processor

ORDER PROCESSOR | Currently we're looking for an order processor for an international company that speaks on of the NORDIC languages. You are responsible in this position for all the international and domestic orders. In this position of order processor you will interact with different departments within the company and will be in contact with the customers regarding the order status.

You will be the point of contact for all order issues for the customer and sales department. The general responsibilities are:

- Order processor and entry
- Follow up on order issues via email and phone
- Inform sales and customers about planning an ship dates
- Create export documents
- Monitor the orders o ensure that adjustment to orders are taken care of
- Administration within order processing department

Required:

Native in one of the NORDIC languages and fluent in English
