RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Manage Ethernet requests
- Ensure service orders are issued at the right time and systems are updated
- Mediate issues between the customer and Company departments
- Provide room ready requirements, milestones and status to the customer
- Clear roadblocks and escalate to meet customer needs
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Complex Issue resolution and Analysis skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of the, Ordering and Provisioning Process
- Customer-facing experience
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ethernet product and Network Knowledge a plus.
- Project management desired.
