THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in order assessment/entry and backlog management
- Able to Utilize e-tools such as MS Office applications, eOM, Oracle, and Sales Workbench
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Establish and maintain communication with key stakeholders throughout the process
- Review and enter orders and ensure backlog quality
- Communicate with Installation, Applications, Manufacturing and Sales on order status and/or logistics schedules
- Give shipping and billing instructions in accordance with contract terms and conditions
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two (2) years order management or customer service experience
