Temporary ORDER ADMINISTRATOR job for a company based in Ely

My client is looking for an Order Administrator to join their team on a 3-6 month basis; the role will involve management of order fulfilment from purchase order, delivery, installation and invoicing.

Providing a high level of customer service the role will include:

- Processing sales orders
- Maintenance of relationships with customers
- Working closely with clients, informing them of orders and delivery times and dates
- Maintenance of company CRM systems
- Updating of customer orders
- Ensuring month and quarter orders are invoiced in line with company procedure
- Respond and follow up any queries regarding delivery dates, any amendments and removal of products
- Working closing with management and supply chain providers for availability of stock

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- We are looking for an individual who is highly customer focused providing best service to external customers
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Strong communication skills

REFERENCE NUMBER: HMTEMP

LOCATION: Ely

WORKING HOURS: 8:30am-5pm

DURATION: 3 - 6 months

SALARY: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
