Orchestration Expert/Dublin

ENDEAVOUR RECRUITMENT has a fantastic 6 months + contract opportunity for an Orchestration (OSS) expert to work with our Global Telecoms Giant Client in the vibrant capital of the Republic of Ireland, Dublin.

Traditional communication providers are undergoing many changes. The future of today's Operations Support System (OSS) and Business Support System (BSS) is at an inflection point. At the newly formed DC in Ireland, the client are pioneering new business and software architecture to support next generation products and solutions.

Orchestration Expert responsibilities include:

- Responsible for the architecture of SDN management, NFV MANO and Orchestration system.
- Guiding software development of a research project and technology project, including working with external development partners and internal engineers;
- Rapid Development and design on JAVA based Server Side software to prove the concept of prototypes
- Supporting the implementation of model-driven architecture (MDA), demonstration of designs by model experts and domain experts (JAVA programming).

Skills and Experience required:

- Minimum 5 years of practical software development experience;
- Have work experience in design SDN, NFV MANO, or traditional OSS systems in service fulfilment and assurance domain.
- Demonstrated experience in developing Eclipse Model Framework and Ecore technologies, modelling engineering;
- Model experience in DC/cloud, IP, wireless,core network and fixed network management or orchestration domain .
-In-depth understanding of the specification, design, documentation, coding, testing and release of commercial software;
- Demonstrated experience on Server Side development;
- Demonstrated experience in building prototypes;
- Fluent in multiple programming languages, including JAVA;
- Experience in developing models with Eclipse environment using Ecore, XML, XMI.
- Experience in coding Real Time/multi-thread software;
- Sound knowledge of XML/XMI.

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland (R.O.I)

Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience
