Oracle Weblogic Support

The Web Middleware Enablement team are looking for an experienced WebLogic specialist to provide technical advice and expertise in support of BAU activity.

WORKING FOR A LARGE, INTERNATIONAL IT PROVIDER, THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Provide SME technical expertise in the maintenance of Weblogic and Oracle Middleware solutions
- Configuration of Oracle Middleware infrastructure in complex, enterprise environments
- Troubleshooting of complex technical issues
- Transitioning Middleware infrastructure to BAU team to support by satisfying handover criteria
- Working with colleagues and suport teams to provide technical solutions to the customer

Ideally, you will have 10 years industry experience dealing with Oracle Middleware products and working (hands on) knowledge of WebLogic Application Server, multiple versions, multiple platforms within a fast-paced, dynamic IT environments with competing and rapidly changing priorities.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIRED LEVEL:

- Implementation, support and tuning of Weblogic Application Server solutions, Portal Server and other Oracle Middleware solutions
- Support of IIS or OHS infrastructure solutions
- UNIX and Shell Scripting experience
- Customer and service focused supported by string communication and expectation management skills
- Strong Verbal, written and interpersonal skills
