Oracle Trainer

Oracle Trainer - Local Government - 4 Months

My client is a Local Authority with a current need to recruit a number Oracle Trainers for a 4 month Contract.

The Oracle Trainers will be required to Assist in the design, development and implementation of a high quality training solution.

You will also:

Ensure that delegates are equipped with the right information and materials prior to attending training
Input into the design of training assessment/evaluation methods.
Analyse feedback gathered in the assessments and act up on it in a timely manner
Undertake delivery of face to face (eg, roadshows, workshops, etc) and alternative methods (eg webinars, video-bites) of training delivery as required across all ECC office locations.

To be considered, You will have the following skills and experience

IT Training Qualification or equivalent.
Significant experience in developing and delivering a blended range of IT education and training interventions including webinars for the Taleo/Oracle and UPK ( User Productivity Kit.)
Demonstrable experience of IT training evaluation methodologies and impact assessment.
Demonstrable knowledge of Information Management, Governance and IT Security and experience of translating policies and standards into learning materials.
