Oracle Technical Lead (Oucss/ADF)

We are looking for a candidate with a strong Web Self Service implementation background in playing a technical architect role in implementing customer self-service solutions for Utilities specific to Oracle Utilities Customer Self-Service (OUCSS) integrating with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B). The Candidate need to have experience in implementing OUCSS solutions in North American Utilities markets. Experience in implementation projects involving Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) will be an added advantage. S/he should have experience of playing the OUCSS/Technical lead role for 2-3 years.

Skills Required
10 years of total IT industry experience, with at least 4 years in implementing Customer self-service Solutions in CIS for Utilities.
Through understanding of Webcenter Portal and Content Management architecture as well as Middleware platforms used for integration.
Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementation for a utility (Electricity/Water/Gas Domain) with hands on technical and deployment experience in Oracle CSS/WSS.
Familiarity with process integration of OUCSS with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core CC&B, MDM, NMS, etc.
Very good knowledge in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
Hands on experience in Oracle OUCSS Product Architecture, Oracle CC&B, Data Model, web services & BPEL services, Oracle WebCenter Framework (WebCenter Spaces, WebCenter Portal, WSRP 2.0 portlets)
Expected to be WebCenter Subject Matter Expert
Should be able to define the technical design - including customizations, integration, converting NFRs in to design and solution etc.
Good Programming knowledge in Java, ADF, SQL, PL/SQL, Knowledge on Scripting Language (Shell Script/Perl/Ant Script/WLST etc.)
Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability
Strong soft skills required
Ready to travel to client locations as needed.
