-Identifiying document requirements, monitoring progress, checking results
-Identification of data elements to be converted
-Identification of approach per data-element
-Definition of field-mappings
-Perform data quality checks, identification of data clean-up needs, definition of data quality standards and perform/lead data clean-up activities
-Perform manual loads
-Perform first extracts and testfires, Testing UAT, validationPL/SQL nice to have
-Mesonic know-how nice to have
