Position: SOA BPM Lead
Skill set for new resource:
Mandatory skill - Expert in Oracle BPM 10/11g Technology
Addition skill - IBM WebSphere MQ Workflow (Design, Modeling, Development, Engineering)
General skills
- Specialist in SOAP/Web Services/SOA
- Erfahrung in Workflow Migrationsprojekte
- XML Technologie (XML schema, XML, xQuery)
- Java J2EE/JAP
Special requirement:
- Known Languages: (Deutsch und English) - apart from technical skill, German skill is also important as the resources has to communicate with different stakeholders who may not know English.
