Projektbeschreibung
The client requires a Training Lead to play a key role in supporting the wider Change, Communications and Training team to deliver IT, process, behavioral and cultural change to maximize long term business benefits:
- To enthuse stakeholders with the vision and need for Oracel R12
- To ensure all end user training needs are met through comprehensive and effective training
- To provide reporting on the completion of training prior to user provisioning
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and manage the development of training course materials and UPK content to support two phases of the Oracle R12 implementation across the UK business
- Manage third party suppliers providing training development and delivery capability
- Respond to Change Impact Assessments to support change requests from the business
- Contribute as a member of the Change, Communicationsescalation as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience of business transformation programmes ideally in complex delivery programmes
- Experience as a Training Lead on an Oracle R12 implementation programme
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Relationship management skills
- Tenacity and a can-do attitude to solving problems
- Willing to get hands dirty'
- Influencing skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- A diplomatic approach
- Knowledge of UPK, instructional design and training management approaches
