Oracle R12 HRMS Lead - Dubai

My client, a global business and market leader, is about to relocate their IT head office to Dubai. As part of this move they have several requirements for permanent Oracle EBS/R12 Staff (please see my other adverts for more details).

One of these requirements is for a Permanent Oracle HRMS consultant to be based on site at their new HQ and lead the Oracle HR IT team.

The duties of the Functional Oracle HRMS lead will include:
Oversee implementation of their new Oracle R12 HRMS system including gap analysis, design, build, cutover and testing.
Oversee the smooth running of the oracle HR system after implementation.
Ensure the R12 HR system integrates with any third party applications/It systems
Configure the HR modules to end users specifications
Ensure end users are trained on how to use the new system
Provide ongoing support and oversee any new developments for the Oracle system

As such the successful Oracle HRMS consultant/lead/manager will have worked with the following:
Oracle HRMS
Oracle Core HR
Oracle SSHR
Oracle OTL
Oracle I recruitment

This is a full time role based in Dubai. The client will pay a very competitive salary plus benefits package

The successful Oracle HRMS consultant should consider the fact that there NO INCOME TAX IN DUBAI, NO PROPERTY TAX AND NO CAPITAL GAINS TAX.
