Oracle R12 Business Suite Consultant (NATO)

Projektbeschreibung
Required competencies, toolset knowledge and behaviours:
a)A qualified or part qualified accountant with thorough accounting knowledge including but not limited to encumbrance accounting, accrual accounting and experience with Public Sector accounting processes;
b)Detailed knowledge and experience as a business analyst in the Public Sector, to include requirements development and analysis; candidates should possess strong experience with business analysis toolsets such as DOORS (IBM Rational Suite) or ARIS (Software AG). Familiarity with other toolsets such as Enterprise Architect is also highly desired.
c) Detailed knowledge of and experience with Oracle E-business Suite R12 Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets), System Administrator, Application Developer and Workflow Administrator;
d)Knowledge of the Oracle E-business Suite R12 Projects modules, including project costing, project resource management, project billing and project management; knowledge of project collaboration and project portfolio analysis is beneficial;
e) Experience with at least three (3) prior implementations of Oracle EBS 11 or EBS 12 in the areas of Finance and Projects.
f)Detailed knowledge of IPSAS regulations and previous experience in designing business process for public sector organizations in compliance with to these regulation;
g) A "self-starter" who can take an assignment and work to completion with a minimum of supervision;
h)Possess an outgoing personality and be willing to engage with new people and in new environments with ease;
i)Team player with ability to build consensus and guide the discussion and the Subject Matter Experts assigned; handles disagreements with tact and diplomacy;
j)Willingness to travel to each of the NCI Agency main locations: Mons and The Hague (the position is based in Brussels)
