Oracle Project Manager Required for Multiple Projects - 12 Month Day R

ORACLE PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED FOR MULTIPLE PROJECTS - 12 MONTH DAY RATE - CORK

This client is an international services company with large operations across Europe. They currently require an experienced Project Manager to take on a key role across a number of high profile projects, driving successful upgrade projects across the Oracle stack (Oracle Applications & OBIEE) for the group.

Managing between 6-8 projects at any one time, you will own the delivery and project management of business change, technical upgrades and implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role starts off as a 12 MONTH DAY RATE CONTRACT with possibility for extension.

YOUR ROLE:

- You will lead the Oracle programme of work, managing multiple projects across areas including Oracle Applications/E-business Suite, OBIEE/OBIA implementation, consolidations of business systems and business change projects.
- You will manage all resource requirements, priorities and dependencies, ensuring successful management, resource allocation and hiring of key resources across projects to ensure effective delivery
- You will monitor programme and project progress and reporting to stakeholders/board of management.
- You will manage all risk and potential issues, driving effective plans for on time, within budget delivery.
- You will liaise with 3rd party vendors and stakeholders across various projects to ensure proactive management of key relationships
- You will drive an effective PMO methodology, ensuring best practice standards are adhered to and consistent across all projects
- You will manage analysts and co-ordinators within the PMO, providing leadership and guidance
- You will effective manage progress of projects against budgetary constraints/requirements, milestones and deadlines.

YOUR SKILLS:

- You will have at least 10 years+ in project management with at least 5 years in Oracle implementations and upgrades across all areas of the Oracle technology stack.
- You will be a hands on project manager, with excellent experience in getting hands on to ensure effective delivery while at the same time, having the capability to lead multiple large projects and programmes of work from a strategic perspective
- You will have excellent competency at managing complexity in projects and company environments, ensuring business change is driven and managed to ensure successful completion of projects
- You will have outstanding communication an leadership skills and the ability to build successful relationships across all levels of the organisation
- You will be either PMP, PMI or Prince2 certified
