Oracle PL/SQL Developer, DWH, Banking (Zurich, Contract)

On behalf of our client, one of the most established financial institutions worldwide, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Oracle and Data Warehouse Developer to implement additional data requirements and increase stability and performance.

This is a six month contract with a strong chance of extension based in Zurich, Switzerland.

ORACLE PL/SQL DEVELOPER, DWH, BANKING (ZURICH, CONTRACT)

In order to be considered for this role you will possess the following skills and experience:

- Experience with implementation and unit-testing of business-driven functionality enhancements with Oracle PL/SQL and other Oracle functionality
- Analysis, implementation and unit-testing of performance and stability improvement measures
- 5+ years of developing with Oracle in a Data Warehousing environment
- Knowledge of Oracle tool offerings, especially PL/SQL
- Practical experience with Market Data providers and Data Quality issues
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality results in an environment with changing and conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of Control-M, Unix Shell Scripting, Windows PowerShell would be a preferable
- Ideally experience with Oracle performance tuning
- Working experience on onshore-offshore model will be additional advantage 
- Languages: English is a must, German skills preferable
