Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ORACLE PL/SQL DEVELOPER to join our client in San Diego, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Actively participants in requirements gathering, refinement, and documentation.
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes and user needs in relation to current systems architecture.
- Defines and documents requirements to assist in the development of program specifications and software.
- Demonstrates mastery of Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Access 2003, Microsoft Excel 2003, Oracle, as well as other tools, to import, compare, modify, analyze, and export formulary information related to CMS and Customer deliverables.
- Creating complex, multi-table queries as well as creating reports, data entry forms, maintaining table structures, and developing macros or Visual Basic code to support the requirements.
- Assists in development and maintenance of Formulary Systems design documentation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Four to six years related experience in the following programming solutions:
- Access 2003, Excel 2003, Visual Basic (VBA), Oracle (SQL), Java web development, JSP, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, and Perl.
- Must have advanced knowledge and experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, Perl development and Oracle databases and UNIX Servers.
- Incumbent should be willing to teach Oracle expert knowledge to professional staff.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Experience in Java, JSP, JavaScript, and JDeveloper, IntelliJ web development and Apache Tomcat Servers is preferred.
