For an Air Traffic Management client, Eurocity is looking for an Oracle PeopleSoft HR Consultant for a one year contract in Brussels.
SPECIFIC CONTEXT:
- The main role will be to be the contact point for all the request associated to the Agency HR system (Oracle PeopleSoft V9.1): new access request, input correction, data file validation, data cleaning, evolution request, user support
- The consultant will monitor of all these requests via the ticketing system in place (Service Now).
- The consultant will coordinate actions between users and technical services (IT Service Desk) for performing the testing of various system maintenance/evolutions.
- The consultants is also responsible for the training of users and for the documentations update.
TASK DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving requests from clients (phone, mail, ticket )
- Analyse requests and write detailed specifications (even technical)
- Assignment and monitoring of the functional cell tickets
- Coordination between the functional support cell and the technical one (IT ServiceDesk)
- Review and update existing procedures and documentations
- Perform the training of users
