Oracle Peoplesoft Developer (Dutch Speaking)

Next Ventures are urgently looking for a PeopleSoft Developer for a freelancing project in the Netherlands.

Candidates should have:

1. Minimum 10 years of IT development experience.

2. Minimum 5 years experience with PeopleSoft HRMS (minimum version 8.3).

3. Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle database development (Build tables, views, triggers, PL/SQL, materialized views and database tuning; create standard and advanced SQL statements).

4. Minimum 5 years experience with all of the PeopleSoft HRMS modules

(Minimum Version 8.3) (Basic Administration and Security Management, Absence Registration, Self Service, Competencies, Training Administration, Workplace Management, Recruitment and Selection).

5. At least 5 years experience with modifications in PeopleSoft.

6. Minimum 5 Years of Technical PeopleTools Experience (Building All Objects in ApplicationShop, PeopleSoft Processing Logic, and Component Buffer, PeopleSoft PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Application Engine, PeopleSoft SQR, Application Messaging; Mass Change and Dataover; Workflow and Email Handling via PeopleSoft).

7. Minimum 3 years experience with interface to payroll application.

8. Minimum 3 years experience with and knowledge of self-service and routing.

9. Minimum 3 years experience with XML, HTML and CSS.

10. Minimum 3 years experience with technical upgrades to new releases from PeopleSoft, and conversions.

11. Minimum 3 years of experience with complex interfaces (especially interfaces with historical data and standard comparisons, and to/from an integration broker).

12. Minimum 3 years experience with functional and technical analyzes.

Desired: 1. Experience with HR processes and salary systems

2. Knowledge of Java

3. Experience with Peoplesoft CRM and EPM

4. Experience with Virtualization of Systems:

5. Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Experience
