Functional Payroll Consultant.
I am currently recruiting for a Functional Oracle Payroll Consultant with flexibility working between Belfast, Chelmsford and home. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the Public Sector.
This is a role that is to deliver a project within the Payroll stream. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
* An ability to develop HR and Payroll Solutions in implementation environments
* Full HR and Payroll project life cycle experience and experience
* The ability to estimate and execute tasks within HR and Payroll Solutions
* Demonstrable track record of business consulting and project delivery across multiple projects and industries
* Ability to articulate business and technical issues related to HR and Payroll
* Quality and Design Assurance
* Excellent communications skills and the ability to work with a range of people of varying technical knowledge, often explaining complex concepts to colleagues and business users/stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and persuade at all levels
* Demonstrates innovative and creative thinking, showing attention to detail
* Demonstrable ability to produce clear documentation, designs and specifications
Skills mandatory:
Detailed knowledge, understanding and experience of Oracle eBusiness R12 including
- HRMS Suite
- Payroll
- Compensation & Benefits
- RTI
- iRecruitment
- iExpenses
- Time & Labour
- Self-service
- Performance & Learning Management
Skills useful:
* Functional knowledge of other eBusiness Suite modules (Finance, Procurement, Projects, CRM)
* Knowledge and experience of Oracle Reporting products (OBIEE/OBIA) and there use with Oracle eBusiness Suite
* Experience and Knowledge of Fusion HCM
* Demonstrate an understanding of the HRMS Data Scheme
* A thorough knowledge of all current statutory requirements regarding payments and reporting
* Use of SQL tools
