ORACLE MIGRATION CONSULTANT

ROLE SUMMARY

My customer in Zurich are replacing their SAP general leger and will migrate to the Oracle ERP cloud solution. The migration will impact several important processes in the legal entity in a substantial way. The P2P procurement and project handling process will be redesigned.

TASKS

- Local project administration tasks in Switzerland
- Support the local P2P team in supporting the migration to the new Oracle solution: the current procurement and project administration process will have to be adapted to the new target operating model
- Support the local P2P team in training and education
- Support all local cost heads in the business in adapting the new processes
- Compile analyses and ad hoc reports for internal support functions (ie Risk, Audit, etc.)
- Close working relationship with the technical IT teams and other project resources
- Process optimisation of data processing

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

- Sound project administration skills
- Procurement process know-how
- Sound technical skills as Oracle power user
- Fluent in English and good German
- Proven track record in project management, financial reporting or finance accounts (2-3 years experience)

Location: Zurich

Duration: 6 months (extenions possible)
