ORACLE LEAD DEVELOPER (ONSHORE/OFFSHORE TEAMS)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for an ORACLE LEAD DEVELOPER WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH OFFSHORE TEAMS.

ROLE:
- AS THE ROLE IS IN SWITZERLAND, COMMITMENT AND AVAILABILITY WILL BE KEY. THIS WILL MEAN EXTRA HOURS TO SUPPORT PTA AND PROD RELEASE CYCLES.
- Off-Shore coordination
- Integration of implemented Work-Packages into application
- 3rd level Support for several applications
- Implementation of the application components using Oracle PLSQL, Informatica and OBIEE
- Support Analysis and Design of the application architecture and its components
- Ensure expected code quality
- Participation in integration and user acceptance testing
- Ensure that common standards, processes and tools are adopted across all deliverables
- Ensure the creation of adequate documentation
- High dedication to quality of deliverables and commitment to delivery
SKILLS:
- OVER 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SQL/PLSQL DEVELOPMENT
- LEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS IS A MUST INCLUDING WORKING WITH OFFSHORE TEAMS & THE CHALLENGES THIS PRESENTS
- COMMITMENT TO DELIVERY, WHETHER ITS WEEKEND WORK SUPPORTING PTA OR WORKING LATE TO SUPPORT A RELEASE IS A MUST
- ORACLE 10/11G/12C DEVELOPMENT SKILLS
- STRONG SQL TUNING EXPERIENCE
- Strong Datamodelling experience
- Experience with large databases and techniques used therein
- Team City experience
- SVN experience
- Expert communication skills
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Oracle Business Intelligence experience as a plus
- OBIE experience as a plus
- Informatica experience as a plus
- Willingness to work in an agile project model
- Oracle 12C exposure
- EXADATA experience
