Oracle JD Edward Consultant (Real Estate Module)

My client, a globally recognised Consultancy based in Sydney, is looking for an experienced JDE RealEstate Consultant resource to join their gifted team on a long term project.

The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancements and maintenance projects.

If you have come from a JDE RealEstate Consultant been involved in large and complex projects and the maintenance of a large environments then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

JOB LOCATION: SYDNEY

CONTRACT DURATION - 5 MONTHS + WE MAY WANT TO HIRE THEM ON PERMANENT BASIS AFTER CONTRACT FINISHES

JDE REAL ESTATE

- Candidate should possess at least two full cycle JDE project implementation with at least 6-10 years of in JD Edwards OneWorld/OneWorld Xe/EnterpriseOne 8.12/9.0/9.1
- Candidate should have an experience of large scale implementation in REAL ESTATE module along with in JD Edwards OneWorld/OneWorld Xe/EnterpriseOne 8.12/9.0./9.1
- Has good understanding if various real estate sub modules like OCCUPANCY ANALYSIS AND CASH FLOW RATES, TENANT AND LEASE ADMINISTRATION, GLOBAL LEASE UPDATES, COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE CAPS AND EXCLUSION RULES, COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE BILLINGS, SALES FORECASTING AND INQUIRIES, SALES OVERAGE BILLINGS, BILLINGS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS, TENANT WORK ORDERS, HOLDOVER PROCESSING ETC
- Candidate should have the ability to gather and understand the business requirements, Map it to the JDEdwards Enterprise One 9.X
- Should be prepare AS-IS and TO-BE Documentation in JDEdwards Enterprise One 9.X
- Implementation experience, starting from requirement gathering, CRP and UAT is desirable.
- Working experience of Global Delivery Model (Onsite/Offshore Model) is an added advantage
- Candidate should able to define functional specifications and conduct workshops with business users for requirement and design phase.
- Candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Candidate must be an excellent team player with excellent communication skill.
- Candidate should possess excellent customer interaction skills on technology or business issues
