- Must have formally played a role of Technical Architect and owned and delivered Architecture documents
- Tech Architecture (Logical/Physical)
- Development Environment Setup
- Non-Functional Req
- Can develop Security Architecture (L1) using IAM, if need be
- Must have experience in architecture and deployment of Oracle IAM products
- Worked with federation standards of SAML, OAuth, OpenID etc
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
