The Role

Oracle Identity Access Management Delivery Lead to;

- Technically lead, manage and co-ordinate the resources and processes to deliver and maintain Oracle Identity Access Management security solutions within the Global Payments Platform.
- Ensure all programmes and projects associated with the Oracle IAM security for the Global Payments Platform and associated interfaces with the remaining Core components are appropriately assessed, designed, planned, resourced, scheduled and delivered in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Responsible for systems analysis, development and unit testing phases of all projects IAM security, ensuring quality, budgetary and plan milestone demands are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with critical suppliers, both internal and external, maximising the value focus and timely delivery of IAM security to meet the demands of the business currently and in the future, ensuring that professional and industry standards are maintained and implemented consistently.
- Takes full responsibility for the budgeting, estimating and planning of change to the IAM Security for the Global Payments Platform in liaison with the associated change delivery teams, adhering to the PMM prescribed by the PMO team and associated governance model and works closely with the IAM Security Project Manager.
- Identifies, recruits, manages, supports and coaches multi-disciplined technical delivery staff needed for the planning, development and delivery of IAM security to both deliver the IAM components of the Global Payments Platform and then maintain these going forward with a full schedule of releases and ad hoc changes annually.
- Responsible for setting objectives for all staff within the team and monitors performance against set objectives, taking corrective action where necessary.

Key Accountabilities

- Technical oversight of the Oracle Identity Access Management Delivery.
- Delivery/within a budgetary framework and with full accountability/for all aspects of the provision of technical delivery for IAM security on the Global Payments Platform/in order to meet WorldPay business requirements and in conjunction with the Technology team objectives.
- Planning/implementation and adherence/to the process of budgeting, estimating, planning and objective setting for the activities of the team - establishing direct systems to monitor progress and take corrective actions as appropriate/in order to meet cost, time and quality expectations.
- Change management/initiate and manage innovation and change, demonstrating the leadership skills needed to delegate to and motivate members of the team/in order to contribute to and drive the constant improvement and evolution of the new Global Payments Platform delivery team.
- Business knowledge/maintain/a detailed knowledge and understanding of the teams' business drivers and have a comprehensive understanding of how this fits into the overall WorldPay business strategy/in order to ensure that the objectives of the team are aligned with those of the new Payments Platform Delivery team and Technology division in order to provide direction to the staff.
- Process and quality/create/a philosophy of continuous improvement within the team, focussing on the quality and efficiency of all the teams' deliverables/in order to enhance productivity and improve the reputation of the new Global Payments Platform Delivery team.
- Resource management/recruit, develop, manage and retain/resources within an appropriate structure/in order to achieve the objectives utilising optimal resources.

- Formal management experience including people management, legal implications, incident management and security implications.
- Experience of driving delivery of technology projects, taking ownership to build a strong productive team whilst developing and managing a budget and resource plans.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, with the associated ability to influence others, both technical and non-technical on delivery and technology choices.
- Achieving excellence by leading from example and demonstrating a 'can do' positive attitude and approach.
- Positive, strong and robust work ethic, taking pride in professionalism, responsibility and highly proactive approach to activity and a keen understanding of Issues.
- Builds trust amongst the team and beyond, is willing to express opinions in debates, buy into decisions showing commitment and be accountable.
- Degree qualified or equivalent, with a strong background and experience in technical development at a management level with experience of managing technically diverse teams team of at least 20 technical staff through the whole project life cycle on repeated occasions and comfortable with a offshore/onsite delivery model.
- Successful commercial experience in implementing with a wide variety of design and delivery exposure and a proven track record of successful project implementations in a technical environment involving one or multiple payment systems dealing with large scale programmes and projects and associated structure.
- Solid line management experience managing a technical team in a full line management capacity.
- Genuine enthusiasm for excellence in design coupled with an appropriate level of delivery pragmatism.
- Demonstrates an awareness, understanding and appreciation of commercial and contractual issues and how this influences on going delivery.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills .
- This position will engage with large multidiscipline teams in a Matrix management organisation and provides support to the Middleware, Service Delivery Platform and Engineering teams.
