ORACLE HYPERION ESSBASE CONSULTANT (HYPERION, ESSBASE, 11G, OBIEE)

Whitehall Resources have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Essbase Consultant to work with our client in Dublin, Ireland.

Our client are looking to hire an Oracle Hyperion Essbase Consultant on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 months to provide further assistance on their project.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

*Expertise in Implementation and Administration of Hyperion Essbase.

*Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Reports

*Sound understanding BI concepts and methods including Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g (OBIEE)

*Experience in Design and development of end user components such as Oracle BI Dashboards and Requests and Excel-based reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Requirement gathering from user/business in development of the project requirements

*Database optimization and tuning of  Essbase cubes for the retrieval and calculation performance

*Product evaluation to understand the Oracle Essbase BSO & ASO cubes Essbase cube, load rules, loading data into cube

*Build load rules and build rules when there is a major change in the warehouse and when new user requirement arises

*Support reporting via OLAP through the use of Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion enterprise reporting system

*Performing regression and performance testing on Hyperion Essbase cubes
