Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant

Spring Technology are currently recruiting for a very exciting Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant role based within Warwick. The role itself will be for an initial period of one month but could lead to more work as the client has clearly stated if the plan is agreed it may well be implemented by the same individual.

The start date for this role is ASAP and the day to day activities are as follows:

This role is to investigate the costing structure within HRMS and propose the most efficient method for changing this to reflect Agresso.
Develop and configure recently identified enhancements to the existing Production Oracle HRMS

The experience and skill set I am looking for is as follows:

. An understanding of general industry-standard Human Resource and Payroll processes.
. An understanding of Oracle HRMS systems architecture and standard implementation methodology.
. An understanding of general payroll user requirements and HRMS functionalities for addressing requirements.
. A good working experience in payroll requirement analysis, design, and configuration required.
. Advanced skills and experience in payroll Fast Formulas is desirable.
. General understanding of IT
. Experience of project management
. Experience of IT systems development
. Knowledge of Oracle Databases
. Business Awareness
. Experience in giving presentations
. Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
. Skills in payroll issue resolution and troubleshooting.
