Oracle HRMS and Payroll Consultant (Interim Position)

ORACLE HRMS AND PAYROLL CONSULTANT - (INTERIM POSITION)

3 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT

DAY RATE NEGOTIABLE

This role has been established to maintain and develop various Oracle & Payroll reports, functions, databases and to support the wider management team on a continuous and systematic basis taking account of the changing internal and external environment in which ECC operates.

The ideal candidate will be able to use oracle R12 on DB11.1, we have a significant number of customisations on top of the seeded oracle eBusiness suite product that is used for our payroll and ePayroll (including iExpenses) services. Further customisations are required along with in house developments to continue the support and develop our use of oracle.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an oracle R12 HR, Payroll, Self Service and iExpenses expert who knows the oracle R12 database tables in able to:

- Prepare business and functional requirements for technical developments including when appropriate completion of MD50 and other oracle documentation
- Prepare technical specifications for interfaces, workflows, customisations of software, data migration scripts, reports and other query tools
- Development of interfaces, workflows, customisations, data migration scripts, reports and queries
- Working Knowledge of Fusion Middleware
- Implementation of System Administration Architecture
- Undertake knowledge transfer to oracle on demand for support of developments once built
- Review the build of iExpenses and develop and implement solutions
- Support existing staff by fixing and resolving system bugs
- Write SQL's

- Java
- Experience using: Unix, Linux, Windows Server
